Introduce yourself!

My name is Kayvon Nazarian and I recently relocated from Los Angeles to Atlanta.

I co-founded Beam Electronics and an Atlanta based Amazon FBA Prep Services company.

Do you ocean surf, wake surf, river surf, paddle surf? Any or all of the above?

I wake surf and hydrofoil.

How did you get into surfing? In Atlanta or somewhere else?

I’ve owned a MasterCraft since 2018. I surf at Lake Lanier, usually 5x per week, and surfed in Southern California lakes prior to my relocation.

What is your favorite thing about surfing/What do you do to advance your surfing?

My favorite thing currently is advancing my skills on the foil. Foiling is an absolute game-changer. As an experienced surfer, foiling constantly presents new challenges and keeps me on my toes… no pun intended.

What are your hopes for the Atlanta surfing community in the future?

I hope we develop a tight-knit community amongst all age ranges and further the general community’s exposure and ability to step outside their comfort zone and try new watersports activities.
