Introduce Yourself!

Do you wake surf, river surf, ocean surf, paddle surf? Any or all of the above?
I wakeboarded for most of my life but in the last couple of years, I’ve started to wake surf just about every time we go out. I’ve ocean surfed only once but definitely plan on going more soon. I’ve also heard of the river wave down in Columbus and want to give that a try.
How did you/your shop get into surfing in Atlanta?
Our store moved into our current location in July 2020, but the staff has been in the wakeboard/surf scene for a long time.
Where does your shop serve surfers/where do you typically surf?
We are right down the street from Lake Lanier on the south end but we usually meet up with riders all over the lake.
What do you do to advance your surfing/help others in your shop advance?
We try to go out regularly every week, in addition to hosting clinics and demo days throughout the summer.
What are your hopes for the Atlanta surfing community in the future?
We’re stoked to see some unity in the surf community, and the potential to fellowship and get to know fellow surfers in the area.
Any surfers in the Atlanta or Georgia community catch your eye?
Our favorite surfer is definitely our team rider Jamie Eichler. He shreds on any board you can throw at him, and he is one of the best instructors out there.
